These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and r77bd ("the Company", "r77bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r77bd online gambling platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, promotional offers, and any other features made available at https://r77bd.io.

By accessing the r77bd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety. Access to and use of the r77bd platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

• You have not previously had an r77bd account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

r77bd reserves the right to carry out identity and eligibility verification checks at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon deposit, at withdrawal, and upon receipt of a bonus. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements at any stage may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of bonus balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) r77bd account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Account verification ("KYC") is required before any withdrawal can be processed. r77bd may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh, or a valid passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name).

r77bd will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. r77bd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details confidential.

All deposits and withdrawals on the r77bd platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). r77bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by r77bd.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Payment methods available to any given account may vary based on account verification status and jurisdiction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your r77bd account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation from your payment provider. r77bd does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted between 00:00 and 23:59 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) are processed on the same day. r77bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment transactions are not permitted and will result in the reversal of funds and potential account suspension. r77bd is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.

r77bd offers various promotional offers and bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above with a verified r77bd account unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on real-money bets placed from your bonus balance. Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirement that lapses beyond the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• r77bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated betting to abuse promotional offers will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and suspension of all associated accounts.

In the event of any dispute regarding the application of bonus terms, r77bd's interpretation of the applicable promotion rules shall be final and binding.

All casino games offered on the r77bd platform, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, are operated using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by r77bd or its staff.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual player outcome within any specific session.

Sports betting and cricket markets are settled in accordance with r77bd's official betting rules, which are available within the relevant sports section of the platform. Where a settlement error occurs, r77bd reserves the right to void or re-settle the affected bets at any time after the event.

The following conduct in relation to gameplay is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider knowledge exploitation in relation to sports betting markets.

Any winnings obtained as a result of the conduct described above will be voided and the relevant account permanently closed.

In addition to the gameplay restrictions described in Section 6, the following conduct is prohibited on the r77bd platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment instruments to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates the proceeds of crime through the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r77bd staff or other platform users through any channel.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or in violation of applicable law via any r77bd communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the r77bd platform or its underlying software.

r77bd cooperates with Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units where required by law. We reserve the right to disclose account information and transaction records to relevant authorities in response to lawful requests.

All content on the r77bd platform — including but not limited to the r77bd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of r77bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r77bd platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any r77bd content.

Any unauthorised use of r77bd's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r77bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the r77bd platform for any reason.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond r77bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling activity, including losses of deposited funds placed on games or betting markets.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

r77bd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

r77bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the r77bd Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. r77bd will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the r77bd platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. r77bd stores personal data on secure servers and implements access controls to protect against unauthorised disclosure.

r77bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools via the account dashboard:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the r77bd platform's operations. Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration, the terms of which will be communicated to the relevant parties at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent r77bd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
